We hear a lot about diets. Usually that means an eating pattern that a person follows with the expectation of some form of benefit. These benefits can include weight loss, managing diabetes, fitness, overall health improvement, health maintenance, and more. Health. It gets a bushel of press! And, a lot of that press gives people a lot of pressure. “I should be…” “I should quit…..” “Maybe I’ll start……soon.” Health is also BIG business, so it profits someone out there if you flap around worrying about the perfect way to improve your family’s health. So you buy a book, join the gym, or start some fad diet.
What I have noticed is that health isn’t that hard to have. You may want a book or a gym membership, but you don’t need them to succeed at being healthy.
