Not too long ago sleep was a passive activity that came at the end of a physically demanding day, and it was a given. It got dark, we got tired, and we gratefully went to bed and went to sleep. Today, younger, and more, children have developed sleep challenges. They suffer from sleep deprivation, causing noticeable life disruption, in multiple settings.
